We have partnered with Capability Scotland and embarked on a journey of compliance. Over the initial few months, all sites underwent a full L8 Risk Assessment, the L8 monitoring contracts were started and within 6 months a fully detailed action plan was implemented to reduce the risk level on all sites. There were budget constraints, however we were able to identify and agree high risk issues and these were prioritised, with the lower risk issues being carried out over the following financial years.
Cleartech engage the site managers directly in planning and carrying out all the tasks and visits and we hold regular meetings with the Capability Scotland Health and Safety Manager who reports any issues to the Board. All reports, certification, sample results and other relevant data is communicated to our client on an electronic basis. Our engineers use hand held smart devices and via the correct and accurate logging of assets can identify every location or outlet to the exact tap.
